The safety of our staff, clients, and patients remains our foremost concern here at The Village Vets.

Learn About Our Safety Protocols for Curbside and In-Person Appointments

We’re dedicated to keeping our clients safe and informed at all times regarding COVID policy. Below is what we’re currently implementing at our hospital. If you have questions about our protocols, please reach out by calling (404) 924-8690.

Our In-Office Safety Protocols

Only clients that are visiting to see a vet, either for a scheduled appointment or emergency visit, will be allowed inside our building at this time.

  • Please call us from the parking lot when you arrive so we can check you in
  • We will need to take your temperature before you enter the building
  • Please wear a mask inside our building
  • When our team is ready to see your pet, we will direct you to our entrance and a member of our team will escort you and your pet inside
  • We are only allowing one financially responsible adult (and one child if applicable) inside our building at a time

Ready to take the next step in your pet's health?

Our Curbside Protocols

Our curbside service is still available to the clients who feel more comfortable remaining outside the building. To schedule your preferred type of appointment, please let us know which one (curbside or in-office) you would prefer. When you arrive and park, please call us and a member of our team will escort your pet into the building.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off

Our lobby is staying closed at this time. When you arrive to pick up or drop off your pet, please stay in your car and call to let us know you’re here. A team member will come to retrieve your pet or bring them out to you, and answer any questions you have.

If you need to pick up food or prescriptions, please call us when you arrive and a member of our team will come out to assist you.

Payment Methods

The Village Vets Avondale Estates accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit as forms of payment. CareCredit allows you to make monthly payments on your vet bills. If you’d like to know more about CareCredit, go here.
